 Before the flight

In the flight

Upon reaching the airport, we registered at the Laguna Counter and were brought to the bus to be transferred to the Shahbandar Jetty. We paid RM5 for the Conservation Fund to Marine Park at the jetty.

We left at 9.30 am.
In the boat

We reached the resort and after a short briefing, we were brought to the lobby. We were given welcome drink. Then we checked in and we were given the Sang Suria Restaurant Buffet Voucher. While waiting for the room to be ready, we went for our lunch buffet.

This is how the lunch was like.

We then took our keys at 1.30pm. Our rooms are indeed spacious and clean.

The Deluxe Garden View

We then rushed for our snorkeling trip at 3pm. We had to rent snorkeling mask and life jacket for RM16 each at the Recreational Centre. There were beach towels to borrow near the swimming pool. After another interesting and interactive briefing, we left for the sea.

How the inside of the boat looked like.

Chilling at the front deck of the boat.

Oh ya! We saw turtles in the sea.

We went to somewhere in the sea for snorkeling. We saw coral reefs and a variety of fishes. After around an hour, we left for the resort.

Bros' dinner, while waiting for the girls to wake up

We spent our first night lurking around the resort. There were pool tables, KTV, bar, swimming pool, gift shop, Internet room etc. We decided to spend the whole night at the bar.

We shared an expensive wine, playing cards and listening to performing songs. They were indeed talented singers.

18/6/2015 (Thursday)
The day began with adrenaline rush. We woke up late and had to rush to borrow the towels and rush for the boat of course......

At the Marine Park

......to see the same thing all over again-- snorkeling, beaches, fishes, corals.......

But, we managed to take an underwater group photo.
We bought the electronic copy of this photo at the recreational centre at night -RM7.50 per piece.

After the buffet lunch, we went to the gift shop- More More Tea Inn where the shooting of 夏日的么么茶 a.k.a. Summer Holiday took place.

We then rented a beach volleyball- RM10 with RM100 deposit.

A playing ball game became a picking up ball game instead.

Chilling on the beach.

Then, we rented the kayak- RM15 for one hour.
It was more fun letting the waves hit on the boat. The boat overturned and we got hurt.

Resort Swimming Pool

Dinner

We then went to the gift shop again at night.

We also visited the neighbouring resorts- Redang Beach Resort and Redang Reef Resort. Redang Beach Resort had modern chalets.

Breakfast time!

Oh. We shouldn't have skipped the breakfast yesterday. The breakfast was nice.

On the way to the boat, we were so fortunate to see some people bringing back turtles that were just hatched this morning to the resort for some activities.

At Kuala Terengganu, we took two cabs, RM10 per cab from Shahbandar Jetty to Chinatown. We had our lunch at Golden Dragon Restaurant.

Then, we went to Terengganu Muzium Complex-the largest muzium complex in South East Asia by RM20 cab.

From the muzium, our friend, Jason Tan brought us back to Chinatown to hang around.
The Turtle Alley.

We took a van costing RM75 to the airport.
